History

ARES Corporation was founded as an engineering consulting business in 1992 on the premise of using Applied Research and Engineering Sciences to provide top-quality products and services to our clients on time and within budget.  Since 1992, ARES has grown from a company of three to over 400 employees in numerous offices and project offices around the country and in Canada and South America.  We have continued to earn a "strong" financial rating by Dunn & Bradstreet due to low overhead and minimal debt load.  We focus our resources on solving our client's problems and issues, meeting their target deadlines and budget constraints. 

ARES Corporation maintains offices in Burlingame (Corporate headquarters) Los Angeles, and Oakland California, Richland Washington, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Los Alamos New Mexico, Denver Colorado, Houston Texas, Tullahoma Tennessee, Cleveland Ohio, Huntsville Alabama, Idaho Falls Idaho, Stratham New Hampshire and Arlington and Dulles Virginia, and Calgary, Alberta Canada.

ARES has teamed with industry giants such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, Raytheon, SAIC, Honeywell and others.  On the government side, we have provided critical support to the Missile Defense Agency, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, NASA, DoD (Army, Navy and USAF), DOE and several DOE national laboratories.
