Technical skills can be enhanced through on-the-job training as well as through participation in professional conferences or society meetings. Employees are given assignments based on their knowledge and experience, with more senior members of the team assisting in the learning process and product development. Employees can gain technical knowledge by attending seminars and presenting papers. ARES encourages our employees to prepare technical papers that can be presented at professional conferences or published in a journal.

Another way to increase professional knowledge is to participate in continuing education programs. These programs can help you gain further expertise to further your career and contribute new skills to our team. Continuing education classes may be taken on an approval basis.
