Engineering / Construction Work Plans
Successful projects start with detailed planning. ARES establishes technical, cost, and schedule baselines in accordance with our clients requirements. The technical scope of work is defined, the organizational structure is identified, and then a detailed work breakdown structure is prepared. Costs and schedule activities are planned in accordance with the WBS, and then loaded into ARES’ performance measurement system for earned value reporting.
Our Construction Management professionals coordinate construction activities and develop documents that support the rapid pace of construction projects. Our construction engineers are all adept at processing construction submittals, responding to RFI’s, preparing work packages, preparing material requisitions, responding and incorporating field changes/contract modifications, and performing field inspections.
The ARES Project Management team includes highly experience Project Managers who oversee and coordinate the day-to-day details of design and construction projects within a myriad of industries.
Project Plans and Procedures
The planning process is critical to a project’s success. ARES Project Management is adept at developing meaningful planning documentation including Project Management Plans, Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, and Project Procedures.
