We have honed an interviewing process that extracts the important risk factors which are used in a Monte Carlo process to predict project completion dates with a high level of accuracy.

Our Risk Analysis professionals will use Cost-based Risk Analysis methods to derive a project’s Contingency requirements used to mitigate risks on the project that could adversely affect the project’s final cost.
