ANNOUNCEMENT

Message to KLXS II Incumbent Employees

December 4th, 2019 – We have received word that all protests relating to the KLXS III award to ARES have been resolved and we are now clear to proceed with transition of the contract. Transition activities will take place over the next 2 months, with the KLXS III Contract commencing on February 1, 2020.

Our first open house is scheduled for: Wednesday, December 11th, 2019, 4-5pm at the O&C Mission Briefing Room.

The one-on-one meetings with KLXS II employees at the Radisson in mid-December and early January were very helpful in moving forward with the KLXS III transition. These discussions, along with the data you provided, were helpful in building out the organization and mapping out prime and subcontractor employees. These determinations were based on a number of considerations such as your current manager’s suggestions that like skills be bundled within a company, work aligns with corporate capabilities, and that a company’s rate structure enables them to offer you appropriate compensation.

On Saturday 1/11, all KLXS II incumbent employees should receive via email with either their welcome to ARES email, or an ARES email informing them of their subcontractor assignments. They will be contacted by their subcontract organization and all five subcontractor organizations are planning to be in the local area to work their hiring process week of 1/13. All emails were sent to the email address provided to ARES. If you are an KLXS II incumbent employee and did not receive an email, please contact HR@arescorporation.com .

ARES will continue to hold the All Hands Tag Ups every Wednesday in January, see calendar below for details. We appreciate the helpfulness of all KLXS II incumbent employees and are working to make this transition timely and effective.  Stay tuned for updates on this website about times, dates, and locations of the open houses.

Non-incumbent KLXS employees interested in working on KLXS III are encouraged to go to our Careers Page, click “View Openings“, enter the Search Terms “Florida”, and post your resume’ in one of those job categories. Thank you very much for your interest.
